Countrywide Case Study

Pertemps Driver Training has been supplying driving related training services to Countrywide since 2010. Over this time we have built an excellent knowledge of the operation at Countrywide therefore enabling us to act as an extension to their business, reflecting their company ethos throughout all training delivery.

The quality of service delivery has been of utmost importance, using Driver and Management feedback reporting to ensure we continually assign the correct Trainers and techniques to suit the style and content of the training requirements.

The successful delivery of classroom based DCPC training gave Countrywide full confidence in our delivery of thorough and knowledgeable training sessions which resulted in a proposal of additional training solutions for their business.

We have included LGV Shunter Training and Yard Safety Training to our solution, all training is delivered at the client’s own premises using Countrywide vehicles ensuring the training candidates are given a familiar environment to maximise learning. With the training sessions being adapted to include Countrywide company policies and procedures to aid in the sessions being as relevant as possible for all candidates.

As a business we have been able to tailor all training to meet both our needs and those of our Drivers, to this end Pertemps have been exemplary and engaged with our Drivers in a positive way.
