Pertemps attend The CV Show 2017

The Commercial Vehicle Show, the largest road transport and commercial vehicle event in the UK, was yet another successful year for Pertemps Driving Division and the National Driver Training Division.

The show, held annually at the NEC Birmingham in April, attracts around 21,000 business visitors from all over the country. The long-established exhibition provides the perfect opportunity for commercial vehicle operators to meet with current and new suppliers to discuss business. With three out of four visitors to the CV Show being a fleet owner, senior manager or engineer, the event gives Pertemps, the only recruiter at the show, the chance to gain new business and to increase brand awareness.

This year the Driving Division team were out in force to attract as much attention to the Pertemps stand as possible. An army truck and members of the MOD were promoting the training we do with Army leavers and reservists with details of our Gold Award. The stand also included case study videos, a Truck Stop Shop where goodies were handed out and a selfie stand. If people posed for a picture, they were in with the chance of winning free driver training.

This year’s CV Show was bigger, better and busier than ever and Pertemps are grateful that we were part of such a brilliant event yet again.

The CV Show was a great success this year, it’s brilliant that customers understand we have a strong presence in the driving industry. We are more than just recruiters; we provide training and change people’s lives.
