This Award shines a light on the up and coming talent in the sector and Sadie had been put forward to recognise her many achievements and career progression within Pertemps Driver Training, as well as being a great Manager to the team! Congratulations Sadie!

Speaking after the event, Sadie said, “I’m extremely honoured and over the moon to have won, there were so many great people receiving recognition for their work in the industry and being involved in this year’s awards following the challenges our sector faced was fantastic.“I am lucky to always be fully supported by my manager and be given the tools to be able to progress and innovate with my team. Without her backing we would not be able to achieve our goals and continue to provide our clients with the best possible service.”

Samantha Leleu, the Pertemps Driver Training General Manager said, “I am super proud of Sadie for picking up this recognition. After starting her career with me in Pertemps Driver Training aged just 19, she has worked her way through to her current role of Head of service and delivery. Sadie is ambitious, hardworking and dedicated, which is why it came as no shock that she was picked by the judges for this award! I am so pleased that she has been recognised for her outstanding efforts within the Logistics and Training sector.”
